Driver is employed by Sooner Than Now L.L.C. and can only be dispatched by our company. Drivers are not available for hire outside of Sooner Than Now L.L.C. and are not subject to any long term commitment. Driver will be found/hired per load at the discretion of Sooner Than Now L.L.C. based upon availability. Limited Power of Attorney to ONLY book loads must be given in order to sign up for this package which can and will be terminated at any time for violation of terms with or without expressed written notice.
